In the fall of 2012 we casually began looking for a horse that we thought would complement the Midnight daughters, as well as their dams. We wanted something with a very good front end and a great foot; a horse that wouldn't detract from any of the qualities we find so vital in our mares and something else we feel is important in this industry; a pedigree of horses who are winners in their own rights, but are also an outcross to the more common bloodlines found in this part of the country. We never imagined that a single conversation at Gordyville with a friend from Alberta would find us just the horse we were searching for!

We feel that Zodiac did an excellent job passing on the qualities we were looking for and exceeded our expectations as a sire. His sons and daughters appear to be following in his footsteps and have become cherished members in their owners breeding programs.
